Anonymous Alerts

Diboll ISD has implemented the Anonymous Alerts system for students and parents that allows for anonymous reporting of bullying, cyberbullying, safety threats, and other urgent incidents.

In order to prevent bullying, we must educate our students. Following are activities that are planned for the month of October.
October 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th: Announce the 4 Myths associated with bullying
October 4th: 11th Grade Advisory – Jostens Bullying Video
October 5th: Be the I in KIND Activity during lunch

• Sign the “I commit to be kind” pledge – students receive a be kind bracelet when they take the pledge.
October 11th: 12th Grade Advisory – Jostens Bullying Video
October 18th: 9th Girls – Play it Safe, Dating Violence
October 19th: 9th Boys – Play it Safe, Dating Violence
October 20th: 10th Girls – Play it Safe, It’s Called Rape
October 21st: 10th Boys – Play it Safe, It’s Called Rape

September is Suicide Prevention Month

There are five action steps for communicating with someone who may be suicidal. These action steps are supported by evidence in the field of suicide prevention. Beginning Monday, September 13, 2021 we will be introducing these steps to our students.
