UIL Number Sense
The UIL Number Sense competition is a fast-paced, 10 min/80 question test that has the student display mathematical prowess. The student is not allowed to use a calculator, use scratch paper or even show work to solve a problem. All problems must be done mentally! The problems range from simple arithmetic to more complex calculations in linear algebra, analytic geometry, and calculus.
