If your child is needing to take prescription or Over the counter meds at school please print the form below called "medication permission sheet", fill it out and return to the school with the medication.
Medication must be in the original packaging and has to have a prescription label.

If your child is new to our school district they will be required to have a TB skin test completed before enrolling.
 
 
Please remember if your child has fever they must be fever free for 24 hours in order to return to school.
 
 
PREGNANCY RELATED SERVICES: The PRS program is support services the pregnant student can receive to help her adjust as an expectant mom and successfully continue her education during pregnancy and post partum phases.  All services are CONFIDENTIAL.  Contact Nurse Richard for more information.
